TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms explain the digital service you receive, how billing works, and the rules that keep permanent scan destinations safe.
The launch service
Each paid plan covers one permanent QR destination, one editable mobile landing page, owner account access, printable PNG and SVG QR artwork, controlled publishing, and hosting during the active term. Physical products, printing, shipping, SMS, email, and push notifications are not included or sold at launch.
Payment and renewal
Terms are offered for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months at the total shown before checkout. Launch purchases are one-time charges and do not create automatic renewal. A separate renewal checkout may be offered before or during the renewal grace period. Stripe shows the final charge, including any configured tax, before card confirmation.
Publishing and expiration
The term starts on first publication, no later than 30 days after purchase. At expiration the public page becomes inactive. A 30-day renewal grace period follows, and archived page content is retained privately for up to 12 months.
Ownership and acceptable use
The owner controls the page and may assign supported collaborator roles. Ownership transfer requires the recipient to accept a secure link and turns off the former owner's renewal authority. Content must be lawful, authorized, nondeceptive, and consistent with the published content rules.
Service changes
We may suspend or unpublish content that violates these terms, threatens users, infringes rights, or creates legal or security risk. We will use reasonable care to preserve customer data and provide notice when appropriate.
