PRIVACY POLICY
We collect only the information needed to operate accounts, permanent scan pages, billing, security, and customer support.
Information we use
Account identity may include your name and email. Page data includes the text, links, settings, collaborator roles, and audit activity you choose to store. Checkout records include plan, status, Stripe identifiers, and the amount paid; BIO//IRL does not receive your full card number.
Why we use it
We use data to authenticate owners, publish and route QR destinations, process and reconcile payments, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Hosting, authentication, database, and payment providers process limited data for us. Stripe handles card payment details. Physical fulfillment is not a customer-facing launch service.
Retention and control
Inactive page content may be retained privately for up to 12 months after expiration. Billing, fraud-prevention, tax, audit, and legal records may be retained longer when required. Owners can export their page data and QR artwork from My Pages.
Access or deletion requests
Sign in to My Pages and open a tracked Privacy or data deletion request. We verify ownership, explain any records that must legally be retained, and confirm when eligible account data has been deleted or anonymized.
