This is an independent referral relationship, not employment or an employee position. Partners choose when and how to build lawful local relationships, subject to signed terms and Prestige's approval of all public-facing materials.

What you would do

Make respectful, permission-based introductions to homeowners, real estate professionals, property managers, rental operators, offices, and local businesses.
Share only approved Prestige service information and preserve accurate referral-source attribution.
Protect customer information and avoid spam, purchased lists, misleading claims, or promises about prices, schedules, cleaners, refunds, contracts, or credentials.

What Prestige is looking for

Adults age 18 or older who can build genuine relationships across Southwest Florida.
Dependable communicators who can follow permission-based outreach rules and written program terms.
Marketing, sales, hospitality, real estate, property-management, or community-networking experience is helpful, but no specific degree is required.

Starting compensation is 12% of qualifying net collected cleaning-service revenue for properly attributed customers during the applicable six-calendar-month customer window, subject to a signed agreement. Income is not guaranteed, there is no hourly wage or salary, and applicants never pay a fee.
